  Tough loss for the lancers vs Dover Sherborn last night. It was a close game however the lancers were unable to pull out the victory. Even though we were unable to win I think a positive thing to take from the game would be is that we played a whole game and never gave up at the end of the game. We stuck together as a team and kept fighting.
   Now the question is would be what can we do to get a win. Is it our will to win or are we just coming up short. Well I personally believe we all want to win of course.  However I believe we can reach a new level of focus and aggressiveness to win. We can all step it up to another level of intensity. We all have to come together as a team reevaluate what is going on and what we are capable of.  We know we can win it's just a matter of putting all the pieces together and going out there with a goal to win and let nobody get in the way of it.
   The next game we have is vs Bellingham. Our coaches gave us 3 days off in order to watch film grade our performances individually and as a team from last game. Also we are responsible for watching Bellingham's game film and watch what they run and look at their personnel.  Our coaches are meeting up to game plan for us and put us in the best position for us to get a win. The key to this game is to execute every play. We have to have each others back. We need to trust each other to do the right things. We have to come together as a team and have a good strong fight to win this game. If we do all this we will get our first win of the season.
